A school is an abode of enlightenment where we share ideas, dreams, experiences, and build new relations with each passing day. The job of a teacher like a gardener is to loosen the soil a little, so that the sapling may come out easily, remove weeds that grow nearby, put a hedge around it, ensure that it is not killed and the rest is the manifestation from within its own nature. Each child is an individual and should be given an opportunity according to his own inner nature. There should not be any external pressure of any type on the child. A child’s mind is boundless, his imagination is unlimited, so he should be encouraged to search, seek, probe, investigate, raise questions, and add to his experience each day.
